For the witch hats:
Use Fudge Stripe cookies, Kisses, and icing(whatever color desired).
I iced the ribbon before putting the Kiss on.
For the ghosts:
Use Vanilla Almond Bark, Nutter Butter cookies, and mini chocolate chips.
Melt the Bark and dip the cookies. Then, place eyes on cookie. *(Hint: If bark hardens, just reheat)*

I hate melting chocolate. For some reason, it always gives me difficulty. Those look so cute, though. I bet the kids loved them.
The almond bark isn't chocolate. But you do have to melt it over indirect heat because it's so sensitive. But try this stuff, it's easier than chocolate.
