Homemade Oreo's

For those of you who are big on Pampered Chef. These taste a lot like the Tuxedo Brownies, but you don't have to worry about dealing with the mini muffin pan.

yield: 3 dozen

1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat 350*. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil. Roll dough into 1/2" balls. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Let cool. In seperate bowl mix vanilla and cream cheese, then add powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on cookie and sandwich the cookie with another cookie. Chill 1 hour, For best results in the freezer. Store in the refrigerator of freezer
